Step 1
Download the mobile application.
For iOS devices use the Apple Store button above.
For Android use the Google Play button above.
Follow the additional steps to download the application.
Step 2
Launch the installed app. select "Sign up" and accept the license agreement.
In the signup screen enter your email address, and choose a password.
Leave the account type "Public" and the Group ID should be left blank.
Step 3
Click back to the login screen
Check your email for verification with the subject "Verify your email for “verahealth“
(Check your SPAM folder if not found)
Click the verification link and wait for successful confirmation.
Step 4
Make sure you are on the login screen and login with the email and password used in registration.
Select Daily Screening
Complete all information for the first time and select "Next"
Answer the daily screening questions and click submit.
When you return to complete your daily screening questions and submit, you will receive a “pending “ Verapass that will blink and have a QR code attached.
Once you arrive at facility the QR can be scanned at the kiosk or by a staff member and your pass will be completed. You are now “Verafied” for 24hrs.
